Bio
I believe in the power of people. I have 10 years’ experience in embedded software engineering, followed by 5 years in several leadership roles, and the recent 6 years in coaching several organisations to transform their culture & ways of working. My greatest joy is unleashing the potential in people.
With a great sense of humour, I am also known as "Ming the Merciless" for my diligence. However, I have a confession to make… I have a problem, I am “addicted” to making a difference in people’s lives!
